1. Payment Policy: A 50% down-payment is required to initiate all services provided by RB Online Services. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
2. No Refunds: All payments made are non-refundable. Once a service has been initiated, no refunds will be issued.
3. Service Delivery: RB Online Services will make every effort to ensure timely and accurate processing of all applications. However, delays caused by external factors beyond our control, such as government processing times, are not the responsibility of RB Online Services.
4. Client Responsibilities: It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information for all applications. Any errors or omissions may result in delays or additional fees.
5. Amendments: RB Online Services reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
Return and Refund Policy
RB Online Services operates with a no-refund policy. Once a service has been initiated, the 50% down-payment made is non-refundable. This includes any payments for document applications, consultations, or related services.
We strive to provide high-quality and accurate services; however, if there are any issues with the service delivered, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the matter to the best of our ability.
